Solid Stay Near the Village
mountain view helpful staff sauna facility
Location was very convenient. A short walk to the lift. The pool, the hot tub, and the sauna was a plus after snowboarding. I had a view of the mountains from the hot tub. That was nice. The staff are helpful.
The doors or windows have no sound proofing. I could hear what happened in the bathroom in the next room. That was not really nice.

The Village Market is adjacent to the hotel. Walking there allows you to explore various dining options. It is convenient to have multiple choices nearby for meals.

The staff was friendly. they were helpful . the location is good. It is near the village. the bed was also quite comfy.
the room was loud. there seemed to be no sound control at all. i could hear everything from other rooms. the pillows were also not good. they seemed like something for a baby's cot.

Excellent Location and Spacious Rooms
convenient location helpful staff complimentary upgrade
The location is very convenient, close to the village. The staff were helpful and friendly (especially when I needed directions). I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The area felt quiet and safe, within easy walking distance of restaurants.
I found the doors and windows lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noises from the bathroom in the next room. This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, as I could also hear people talking nearby.

This hotel offers easy access to the village and nearby attractions. Trails, lifts, and a free village shuttle are easily accessible from the hotel, for your convenience. It sits across the street from the main village area.

There are no dining options on the premises (I had to walk a bit for food). many restaurants and cafes are easily walkable. This means you will have plenty of choices.

The staff was very helpful and friendly (they were always quick to assist). I received a complimentary suite upgrade as well. They seemed very service-oriented and quick to help with any needs.

decent stay overall
friendly staff secure bike enclosure convenient location faulty safe missing mirror early morning noise
the front staff were very friendly. access to a secure bike enclosure was available which i found quite useful. the location was convenient for exploring, close to the grocery store.
The safe in my room did not work. i reported this and it was 'fixed'. it still didn't work. there was no full-length mirror in the bedroom, just a bathroom mirror. i often heard noise early in the morning because of golf course maintenance.

uncomfortable sofa bed thin walls
the room a beautiful queen room sofa bed was small. the sofa bed was not comfortable, my back ached after one night. i had difficulty sleeping because the walls are thin i hear the guest next door. also, i had to pay extra for parking it should be free.
